Why Kevin's Gym ?
How long and frequent are workout's?
Workouts are less than 20 minutes every 4 to 7 days.
Why are workouts so short?
To simulate enough muscle growth and to prevent over training.
Why rest 4 to 7 days between workouts?
The body has limited recover ability ,this is to ensure that you have fully recovered before your next workout. In your next workout you will either be doing more reps or train heavier or both to stimulate enough growth.
What are the 2 main exercises that I can expect in my program?
Dead-lift and Squats. Why you might ask? They are the biggest growth stimulating exercises! (Don't worry your will be doing other exercises as-well, they will vary depending on the training program)
What must I eat?
A well balanced healthy diet! (Even vegans have seen great muscle gains)
Are you tired of training days and hours and not seeing results?
If you have been training 4 to 6 days a week for a while (months or even years ) and have not been making significant muscle gains. Don't you think it is time to try something else? Lets say for example you make the same muscle gains using the volume approach (Training long hours and multiple times a week), this training system would still save you 95% of your time. Wouldn't you rather want to spend that time on something else? (for example: Studying / Family Time / Playing with your kids / Hobbies)
