Kevin....It is soooo good to finally see you on the net! I hope you and Cathy are well. I am back in SA and I will definitely come by the new gym to possibly even sign up and get back into training after a 10+year lay off...Looking forward to seeing you! You were my first inspiration, the first gym I ever trained at in Paul Kruger street...A friend over many years and one of the people who helped forge my own destiny and for that I will always look up to you..

Gym looks awesome, we had a couple of great sessions this year. Kevin is really making a difference in our training.
